How Calltime collects SMS consent

Calltime is production-management software for theatre companies, by Collective Reach LLC.Members are the only recipients. Every text is a call time, a schedule change, a confirm-by-reply request, or a note about a payment on the member’s own account. Nothing is marketing. Below is every place a member can opt in, with the exact words they agree to.

The consent sentence, verbatim

Text me call times and reminders from Calltime at (the member's mobile number). About 4-6 messages a month. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of using Calltime. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS terms (checkcalltime.art/sms) and privacy policy (checkcalltime.art/privacy).

Rendered beside every checkbox below, from one shared source in the code, and stored on each consent record. The checkbox is never pre-checked.

Where the box appears

1.Public web form

https://checkcalltime.art/sms · Public. No account needed.

A member enters their mobile number and checks the consent box, which is unchecked by default. Submitting records the number, the sentence agreed to, the time, and where it happened.

The public opt-in form on checkcalltime.art/sms: a mobile number field, an unchecked consent checkbox with the full consent sentence, and a Turn on text reminders button.

2.Account sign-up

The same unchecked box sits directly under the phone field. It is optional; the form submits without it.

3.Settings → Text reminders

A signed-in member can turn texts on or off at any time. Same sentence, same unchecked default. Turning it off closes the consent record.

4.Profile completion

When a member joins a company and fills in the details the company requires, the box is offered once more, unchecked, only if they have a phone number on file and have not already opted in.
